Oleta River State Park would love YOU to join the Park in celebrating National Family Fun Month! Oleta River State Park is hosting a family event after a SHORELINE CLEANUP EVENT. Families and Friends please bring along your favorite students and kids to enjoy family/friends fun time together! You will be supporting the Park in keeping its land and waterways more pristine by cleaning up the shoreline for one hour - followed by family and friends time to explore the park and/or ride the trails! The Park encourages you to come out and experience the real Florida in one of the largest urban parks in the country! Please inform the Ranger Station that you are attending the family fun day event as you enter and they will provide you directions to the Manatee Pavilion where the event will be held. Please contact Jacob at the Park directly to inquire about potential storms this weekend and/or event cancellation.
